Driver’s Resources

We have compiled a list of helpful driver’s resources – including Minnesota road condition reports – for all drivers across Minnesota.

Minnesota Driver’s Manual

The Minnesota Driver’s Manual is a helpful resource for individual looking to obtain an instructional permit or driver’s license. The driver’s manual contains help DVS information as well as motor vehicle rules and regulations. Minnesota Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) provides the Minnesota Driver’s Manual online, free of charge.
